Our Organization
B-Team started in 2021 in Austin, Texas, not as a master plan, but as a reaction.
Founded by Craig Jones and Seth Belisle, B-Team was built by people who loved grappling but were tired of how serious, rigid, and predictable the scene had become. So instead of following the traditional playbook, we ignored it entirely.
What followed was a new approach: world-class athletes, unfiltered personalities, and a media-first mindset that treated grappling like culture – not just competition. The result was a wave that brought some of the best grapplers in the world together, not because they were told to, but because they wanted to be part of it.
